All are enhanced with the user experience in mind and sport functionality designed for use on any computer or mobile device, including smartphones and tablets.
According to APS, Inc., CTO LJ Morris, “The Candidate Portal is newly designed to increase job seeker satisfaction by offering a cleaner, easy-to-navigate experience when searching and applying for jobs. These enhancements help our clients ensure a great user experience for their candidates. Additionally, candidates can quickly update resumes, cover letters, and other documents to keep their profile current. Duplicate checking has been enhanced, and the navigation streamlined with easy-to-use drop-down menus simplifying the user experience.” Candidates will continue to have the ability to download resumes and cover letters, along with other documents, from sources such as OneDrive, DropBox, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
The Hiring Manager Portal interface offers newly designed interactive graphs and tools for better organization, like color coding records to indicate the age of the information and single-click functionality on the dashboard for faster access to desired data. This highly functional portal allows hiring managers to download resumes, approve timecards and jobs, review and add notes, request an interview, match candidates to other jobs, and approve hours via email. The reporting function has also been updated with new report templates. The Hiring Manager Portal has a flexible, intuitive design that provides quick links to short, instructional video tutorials called SmartSnippets and accommodates corporate users and staffing firms.
User access and navigation on the Vendor Portal dashboard have been enhanced with an easy-to-use interface to better engage their selected vendor partners.
